et la matière devient sens

The Feelobject adventure

In 2015, Céline FAVY-HUIN and Sylvain HUIN embarked on the fascinating world of 3D printing. In their early days, they specialized in industrial subcontracting, handling high-performance materials such as carbon and kevlar. But their vision soon broadened...

At a scientific conference, a revolutionary idea was born: what if 3D printing could transform the lives of visually impaired and blind people? A collaboration with a specialized laboratory paved the way for a new mission for the two founders. Feelobject is no longer just a technology company, it's a catalyst for social change.

This meeting gave rise to the idea of Virtuoz, a tactile and vocal device designed to free the visually impaired from the constraints of mobility. Through touch and hearing, Virtuoz enables users to create precise mental images of their environment. Céline and Sylvain, driven by their conviction that technology should be inclusive, decided to put their expertise at the service of this cause.

Their approach? Involve the main stakeholders from the outset: visually impaired and blind people. Even today, their feedback is at the heart of every new version of Virtuoz, a tool that is constantly evolving to meet real needs.

Feelobject is much more than an innovation project. It's a silent revolution, restoring autonomy and freedom to those too often forgotten by society. Virtuoz is already being used in the employment, tourism, culture and other sectors. And the adventure is just beginning.

Together, let's create a more accessible world.
