Additive manufacturing expertise

The Studio is the additive manufacturing expertise laboratory of the Feelobject team that designs and manufactures custom and configurable objects. Additive manufacturing, also called 3D printing, is the set of processes for making, layer by layer, by adding material, a physical object from a digital object. This technique makes it possible to create very complex parts at a lower cost and even to make pieces impossible to manufacture with traditional technologies. Feelobject offers customers the opportunity to have prototypes, single parts, small series or spare parts on demand, while reducing their environmental impact. Polymers specialists, Feelobject plays on components and materials to significantly reduce the loss of material compared to conventional manufacturing (90% loss of material).

The composites used: Nylon or Onyx (nylon + short carbon fibers) associated with long carbon fibers, glass or Kevlar ©. And many other polymers ABS, ABS ESD, ASA, Nylon, PC, Polyamide (PA11, PA12, PA12 loaded glass or aluminum), ULTEM, Carbon Fiber, Fiberglass, Kevlar, resins type ABS, PP, PE, PBT, soft resins, transparent resins ...

The technologies used: CFF, FDM, SLA, SLS, Polyjet, multijet, APF ...
